Shipping costs in Yay! Snacks depend on the delivery address that you have specified in the purchase process. The costs by territory are the following:

• Spain: €5.00
• Europe: €15.00
• America and Canada: €50.00
• Central America, South America, Asia and Australia: €50.00
• Other countries: €50.00

You can make a return by following the steps that we indicate in the "Returns and refunds" section that you will find on this same page.

As soon as we receive confirmation of your order and payment, we will proceed to send it. In order for orders to be processed on the same day of purchase, you must place them before 12 noon from Monday to Friday. Otherwise, it will be processed the next business day.

Whenever the shipment is to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, your order will always be delivered between 3 and 4 working days. If it is Europe, between 4 and 7 working days. To the rest of the countries, the duration will be 9/12 working days.

The delivery will be made from Monday to Friday (except national and local holidays) at the delivery address that you have specified once the entire purchase process has been completed.

As they are food products, they cannot be returned. Only in the case of receiving them defectively can you process this process.

Once the package is received, you will have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to return it. Before, you must communicate it to the offices of Yay! Snacks through an email to info@blimafoods.com or by calling customer service at 934 105 156 , attaching the necessary evidence to analyze the case.

In the event that you want to cancel the order once it is already in transport, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order, except for shipping costs.

The return will be subject to all the products and their packaging being in the same state that you received them, unopened and without causing damage.

The return costs will be borne by you and you must send them duly protected for transport to our offices at Gran Vía Carlos III, 124, Entlo. 08034 Barcelona .

If the return is due to causes related to defective or damaged deliveries, the expenses will be borne by Yay! Snacks, as long as the facts are proven by contacting info@blimafoods.com .

To cancel your order you must contact info@blimafoods.com notifying the desire to cancel the order placed (adding the order number in the message). We will process the return of the cost of the order, excluding shipping costs if the package has already left on its way to the address provided.

If you wish to modify it, follow the same process as for cancellation, but clarifying the desired order change in the message. As for cancellations, if the order is already on its way we will exclude the shipping costs from the refund, also adding the cost of the new shipment.
